The jaws on this straight-cut snips are hot drop-forged from special molybdenum steel for wear resistance. Cutting edges are serrated to prevent slippage. Designed to transmit extra power through the compound leverage. Recommended for cutting 18 Gauge (.049") and lighter sheet metal. Has nonslip yellow vinyl grips for greater cutting comfort. Length of cut is 1-1/2".
