Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product has not been damaged or altered after purchase
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returns that are:

  • No longer needed
  • Ordered in error
  • Returned due to excess or unused material

This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and inventory processing costs.

No Restocking Fee (Exceptions)

The restocking fee will NOT apply if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item has missing parts
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has been recalled by the manufacturer

In these cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Clearance items
  • Special order or non-stock items

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • All returned items are subject to inspection and approval
  • Processing times may vary depending on return volume
