Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product has not been damaged or altered after purchase
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returns that are:
- No longer needed
- Ordered in error
- Returned due to excess or unused material
This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and inventory processing costs.
No Restocking Fee (Exceptions)
The restocking fee will NOT apply if:
- The product is defective
- The product arrived damaged
- The item has missing parts
- You received the wrong item
- The product has been recalled by the manufacturer
In these cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed products
- Clearance items
- Special order or non-stock items
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- All returned items are subject to inspection and approval
- Processing times may vary depending on return volume
