The Floor Store Supply is based on Oahu, Hawaiʻi and primarily serves local contractors, installers, and businesses. Due to the nature of our products and island logistics, our shipping methods differ from standard mainland e-commerce.

Local Pickup (Oahu)

We offer local pickup at our Oʻahu location during business hours.

• Orders placed online are typically ready day of, or within 1–2 business days
• You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup
• If ordered online, please bring your order confirmation at pickup

Neighbor Island Shipping

We can ship orders to neighbor islands using freight forwarding services.

• Customers may order products and send their preferred freight forwarder to pick up products once the order is ready to be shipped.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for all freight and handling charges

Small Parcel Shipping (Limited Availability)

Select smaller items (such as tools and accessories) may be eligible for shipping to outer islands via carriers like FedEx or UPS.

• Availability depends on item size and weight
• Shipped goods will be invoiced for the cost of shipping + a flat rate of $75 for handling.
• Delivery times may vary based on destination

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Large or special-order items may require additional time
• We will notify you of any delays

Shipping Restrictions

• Hazardous materials (such as certain adhesives) may require special handling and may not be eligible for air transport

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is transferred to a freight carrier or shipping provider, delivery times and handling are subject to the carrier’s operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
